I believe this medicine belongs to everyone — not just those who can afford a full fee. First Sundays is my commitment to that belief.
On the first Sunday of each month, I offer donation-based community acupuncture especially for the BIPOC and Queer communities who are so often priced out of holistic care. No one is turned away. Whatever you can give is enough.
Sessions focus on auricular (ear) acupuncture — a powerful, whole-body treatment delivered through points in the ear. Needles are retained for 20–30 minutes while you rest. It's a beautiful way to experience the medicine for the first time, or to maintain your practice between full sessions.
First Sundays is also a wonderful space to ask general questions about acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in a relaxed, community setting. If you'd like to discuss your personal health needs in depth, I invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation separately.
